Sweet Sincerely: Behind the Logo

Sweet Sincerely is a love letter writing business. The business is into custom-made cards, notes, and letters for couples, families, and to oneself.

The logo was purposely decided to have a handwritten feel to it.

Many versions of brush lettering were done over and over until a specific look was achieved.

Once the brush lettering was selected, the work was then scanned and re-drawn over vector to achieve a cleaner look.

Instead of creating a traditional clean monogram, I used the “S” from the logo and created a pattern that is cropped. This pattern is also rearranged for creating a background if needed.

Overall, the pattern stamp stands alone as an art piece but also a seal to a letter, perfect for addressing a love letter.
