Templatizing marketing emails for TDA Care
Texas Direct Auto Care is the body shop department of Texas Direct Auto. To incentivize previous clients within their area of Texas, they wanted a new set of email designs for the summer kickoff that would also inform the new design guide.
The original designs were created with Autoloop and the client wanted to remain using them as a service.
Original templates
For this new version, I proposed a new design system to organize and centralize the design system for emails. These templates have different modules that can be reused, replaced, or slightly altered allowing the templates to look the same but have different content. I utilized a style guide to help guide the designs to be responsive and still “designed”. I also wrote all the copy for all the different emails and worked with the product manager to tweaked the copy.

Each design were sent to Autoloop who finalized the code and I helped the QA the templates, giving best advice and recommendation for email best practice.
